FSI is moving to a new Location

At Footwear Specialties International, our main priority, and commitment, remain to you, our customers. As a result, we have taken many steps to ensure you can count on us for your safety footwear needs.
The past year has been a year of growth and change for Footwear Specialties and, as you are aware, as of March 16, 2022, we were acquired by SureWerx. We are now excited to announce that effective July 1, 2023, FSI will be merged into Surewerx for continued expansion of our safety footwear offerings and more importantly, we will ultimately have the “Power of One” to fulfill all your safety needs. Our focus now is one company, one roadmap, one platform, with a multitude of product families - all focused on helping you deliver incredible experiences for your customers. We are working behind the scenes to offer you the entire line of SureWerx products when you order your safety footwear now within a fully integrated platform. Stay tuned for more details on our integration plans by the end of this month.
As we have grown together, we are now investing in a larger office and warehouse facility to provide you with the inventory of products with continued exemplary service levels you come to rely on. Due to this, we will be relocating to our new office and warehouse location as of May 22nd to the following address:
18225 NE Riverside Parkway, Portland, OR 97230
To affect these changes, it is necessary for us to stop warehouse and office operations from May 18th through May 21st. Shipping, warehouse, and office operations will resume on Monday, May 22nd. We know this may prevent some hardships and we will work diligently with you to alleviate all that we can. If you have specific concerns, please reach out directly to your Territory Manager or myself directly. Please also note that beginning Monday, May 22nd, our Customer Care Team will be available for extended hours from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, to better serve you.
